Eligibility Criteria

You can apply for an ESTA online if you meet the following requirements.

Fill ESTA Application
  • You must have a valid Spanish passport
  • You must be a citizen of Spain
  • You must be traveling to the United States for medical, business, pleasure, or transit.
  • The ESTA allows for a stay of up to 90 days per visit, which you can’t extend later.
  • You must have a return ticket to Spain
  • You must have sufficient funds to support your stay in the United States.
  • Spanish citizens who travel by air and sea can apply for ESTA.
